All items are to be returned freight prepaid. Please call our Customer Service Department for preauthorization of your return, providing them with as much of the necessary information possible to ensure proper handling and credit of your return, and obtain an RMA number for your return. (This number is to authorize the return of the part only. The determination of a warranty credit/replacement is made upon completion of the Quality Control inspection).
