In the event that you have goods to be returned, ECR will require ALL return
items to have a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) assigned to them
BEFORE we can receive them. All items are to be returned freight prepaid.
Please call our Customer Service Department for preauthorization of your
return, providing them with as much of the necessary information possible to
ensure proper handling and credit of your return, and obtain an RMA number
for your return. (This number is to authorize the return of the part only.
The determination of a warranty credit/replacement is made upon completion
of the Quality Control inspection).
In order to service you better ECR requires that the serial number of the
unit be provided for all returns. This enables us to give you accurate
information about the unit or its replacement part(s), and maintain a
historical record of each unit.
